Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for shopping at Blanqfactory.com. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on cancellations and refunds. The following terms apply to all products purchased from shop.blanqorder.com.
Order cancellation
You may cancel an order within 7 days of receiving the goods. Cancellations must be requested over WhatsApp at 9278166369 or by email at support@blanqfactory.com, with a clear statement of the reason.
Goods on clearance sale, custom-printed, or otherwise personalised cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Refund process
- Once we receive the returned goods, we will inspect them and notify you about the status of your refund.
- If the return is approved, we will refund 80% of the product value within 2 business days. Taxes and shipping charges already paid are non-refundable.
- The refund is credited via the original payment method (Razorpay UPI / card / netbanking). Banks typically reflect it in 5–7 business days.
Conditions for return
- The goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
- The goods are in the original packaging and unused.
- Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery, or unsealed for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions.
Returning goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods. We recommend an insured and trackable courier service. We are unable to issue a refund before the goods are received.
