• Shipping address: pincode, city, state, full address. For same-day Delhi NCR orders we also collect your map pin coordinates.
• Payment information: processed entirely by our payment partner Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV, or netbanking password.
• Usage data: standard web logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and to improve the site.

How we use your information

• To process and dispatch your order.
• To send you order updates, tracking numbers, and delivery notifications via WhatsApp / email / SMS.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations (GST, invoicing).

Sharing with third parties

We share the minimum information necessary with:

• Razorpay — for processing your payment.
• Courier partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, etc.) — name, phone, address, pincode for delivery.

The website is served entirely over HTTPS. Payments are tokenised by Razorpay. Customer data is stored on encrypted-at-rest disks. Only authorised staff have access for order fulfilment.
