These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of shop.blanqorder.com (the "Website") and any orders you place with BlanqFactory.com (operating the Blanqfactory.com brand). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

BlanqFactory.com ships from Uttar Pradesh, India.

Products & pricing

• All prices on the Website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST is added at checkout where applicable.
• Two pricing bands apply — bulk rate for orders of 30 pieces or more, sample rate for orders below 30 pieces.
• We reserve the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice. Once an order is confirmed and paid, the price is locked.
• Stock is shown live from our warehouse. In rare cases an item may go out of stock between you adding it to cart and paying — if that happens we will refund the full amount or offer a substitute.

Placing an order

• Orders are accepted only after successful payment via Razorpay.
• You confirm that the information you provide (name, phone, address, GST number if any) is accurate and complete.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, in which case the full amount will be refunded.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited). We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and netbanking. Card and banking details are entered on Razorpay's secure servers — we never see them. Refer to Razorpay's privacy policy for how they handle your data.
