Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Blanqfactory.com we ship from our Uttar Pradesh warehouse to anywhere in India. The following terms describe how dispatch, delivery, and shipping charges work.

Dispatch time

We dispatch orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed outside our working days are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery options

You can choose one of the following at checkout:

Shipping charges

All shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay, calculated from your pincode, package weight, and selected delivery option. The minimum order quantity is 30 pieces; below that, sample-rate pricing applies.

Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. For courier orders you can track on the courier's site. For train orders we share the booking slip and station details. For same-day delivery, the rider's contact number is shared once they leave the warehouse.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and pincode are accurate before paying. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable, returned to origin, or delayed because of an incorrect or incomplete address. Re-dispatch will incur fresh shipping charges.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or with items missing, contact us on WhatsApp at 9278166369 within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work with the courier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
